Position: Sales Specialist (Digital Marketing/Sales)

Location: Burjuman, Dubai

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Specialist with 1-2 years of UAE experience, preferably someone who has a proven track record in digital marketing or general sales. The ideal candidate will be expected to leverage their expertise to enhance our sales strategies and contribute to our growth objectives.

Job Description:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Manage and nurture client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Design and execute marketing campaigns that effectively convey our brand and drive sales.
• Utilize analytics tools to monitor performance and adjust strategies as needed.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with broader marketing initiatives.
• Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends and competitive landscapes.
• Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of sales experience in the UAE, with a preference for backgrounds in digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of the digital marketing industry and sales processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
