Additionally, staying current with industry trends and legal requirements is crucial for success in this role.  HR that can handle simple day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable. Maintain accurate financial records and resolve any discrepancies. Can handle tax-related matters, including preparing and filing tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax laws, and providing guidance on tax strategies to minimize liabilities.
